WorldKidsFashion is a wholesale B2B platform. Returns and refunds are handled differently from retail. This policy explains how claims, defects and disputes are managed.
Before every order is dispatched:
Step 1: Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order at info@worldkidsfashion.org or via WhatsApp. Include your order number.
Step 2: Provide photos or video clearly showing the problem. Keep original packaging where possible.
Step 3: Our team reviews the claim within 3–5 business days.
Step 4: We propose a resolution — replacement, store credit or refund depending on the nature and validity of the claim.
If a refund is agreed, it is processed via the same payment method used for the original order within 10–14 business days of agreement. For bank transfers, buyer must provide bank details. For PayPal, refund is issued to the original account.
