Shipping Policy

We ship wholesale orders from Istanbul, Turkey using international courier and cargo partners. This policy explains how shipping works, what costs to expect and what the buyer is responsible for.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods depend on destination country, order weight and volume. We typically ship via:
- DHL Express — 2–5 business days to most countries. Recommended for urgent or smaller orders.
- UPS — Available for most international destinations.
- FedEx — Available on request for selected routes.
- Air Cargo — For larger volume orders where courier cost is prohibitive.
- Road Cargo — For European destinations with larger volumes. Longer transit time.
- Buyer's freight forwarder — Accepted for large orders. Buyer arranges pickup from our warehouse.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is calculated based on destination country, package weight, volume (dimensional weight), order value and chosen delivery method. A shipping cost is included in the proforma invoice before payment.
We do not apply a blanket free shipping policy. Any free shipping offer, if available, will be explicitly stated with the applicable conditions (minimum order value, eligible countries, weight and volume limits) at the time of ordering.
Remote area surcharges: DHL, UPS and FedEx apply additional remote area surcharges for deliveries to certain postcodes. If your delivery address is in a remote area, this surcharge will be included in your shipping quote or added to the invoice.
Dispatch Times
- Ready stock orders: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Private label orders: 3–4 weeks after sample approval and payment.
- Custom production orders: 6–10 weeks after specification confirmation and payment. Timeline confirmed per order.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
Important: Import duties, VAT, customs fees and any local taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing before the order is placed.
WorldKidsFashion ships on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms unless otherwise agreed. This means:
- We are responsible for the goods and shipping cost up to the destination country border.
- The buyer is responsible for customs clearance, import duties and any local taxes.
- We provide all required export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin where applicable).
- We cannot guarantee specific duty rates as these depend on the buyer's country, HS code classification and current trade regulations.
Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number provided by the carrier. Tracking information is sent to the buyer's email address after dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, document the damage with photos before opening and contact us within 3 business days. For lost shipments, contact us after the carrier's estimated delivery date has passed and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
