These Terms and Conditions govern the use of worldkidsfashion.org and all wholesale purchasing transactions. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
WorldKidsFashion is a wholesale B2B platform exclusively for business buyers — resellers, boutiques, distributors and online stores. By registering, you confirm that you are purchasing for business resale purposes, not for personal retail consumption. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to be for personal retail use.
You must provide accurate and complete business information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. WorldKidsFashion reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.
All prices are wholesale prices and are visible after registration. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and may change without notice before an order is confirmed. Every order is preceded by a proforma invoice. Payment is required before production or dispatch. We accept bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN), Wise, and PayPal.
An order is confirmed only after (a) both parties have agreed on a proforma invoice and (b) payment has been received. We are not obligated to fulfil any order until payment is confirmed in writing.
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per product model. MOQ for ready-stock items starts from 6 pieces. MOQ for private label starts from 100 pieces. Custom production MOQ is confirmed per order brief.
We ship from Istanbul, Turkey. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. See Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns are accepted only for valid defect or fulfilment error claims as described in our Return & Refund Policy. We do not accept returns for unsold inventory or change of mind.
All content on worldkidsfashion.org including images, text and design is the property of WorldKidsFashion or its suppliers. You may not reproduce or use content without written permission.
WorldKidsFashion is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this platform or from any order. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
