Pre-Shipment Quality Check

Every wholesale order is checked before packing and dispatch. The following steps apply to standard stock orders:

Quantity verification
All items are counted against the confirmed order. Quantities are verified before packing.

Size and label check
Size breakdown is verified against the order confirmation. Labels and hangtags are checked if applicable.

Visible defect inspection
Products are inspected for visible manufacturing defects, stains, damaged stitching or printing issues.

Packing and documentation
Order is packed, packing list is prepared, commercial invoice and export documents are issued.

Photo confirmation (on request)
For orders above a certain value or on buyer request, packing photos are provided before dispatch.
Warehouse and packing process photos will be added here.

Certification availability varies by product and manufacturer. We do not claim blanket certification across our entire range. Certificate documents are available on request for products where certification applies.

How We Handle Payments

Proforma invoice before every payment
You receive a detailed proforma invoice before making any payment. The invoice includes product list, quantities, prices, shipping cost and payment details.
Verified bank account details
Bank account name, IBAN/SWIFT and correspondent bank details will be displayed here.
Payment confirmation
We confirm receipt of payment by email before starting production or dispatch.
Verify payment details carefully
Always verify bank account details directly with our team before making any transfer. We will never ask you to change payment details by email without phone confirmation.

Claim & Dispute Process

How to file a claim

Step 1: Contact us within 3 business days
Email info@worldkidsfashion.org or WhatsApp. Include your order number.
Step 2: Provide documentation
Photos or video of the issue. Keep original packaging where possible.
Step 3: We review
Our team reviews the claim within 3–5 business days and proposes a resolution.
Step 4: Resolution
Replacement, store credit or agreed refund depending on the nature of the claim.

  • Damage caused before dispatch

  • Unsold inventory
