How Wholesale Ordering Works

A complete guide to the wholesale buying process — from registration to delivery.

Create a wholesale account. We require basic business information to verify you are a wholesale buyer.

What happens after registration: You gain immediate access to wholesale prices, stock levels, MOQ information and ordering options. No waiting period for most accounts.

Browse the Catalog & Select Products

Browse the catalog with filters for age group, category, season, certification, price range and stock status. Each product shows wholesale price, MOQ, available sizes, material and estimated dispatch time.

Add products to your inquiry list. You can also request a sample order before committing to full quantities.

MOQ — Minimum Order Quantities:
Ready stock: from 6 pcs per model
Private label: from 100 pcs depending on product and branding
Custom production: confirmed per order brief

Receive a Proforma Invoice

After you confirm your product selection and quantities, we send a proforma invoice. The proforma invoice includes: full product list, quantities, unit prices, total product value, shipping cost, payment details and estimated dispatch date.

Review the proforma invoice carefully. You can request changes before confirming. No payment is made until you approve the proforma.

Important: An order is only confirmed after you approve the proforma invoice and payment is received. We cannot reserve stock without payment.

Make Payment

Pay the confirmed proforma invoice using your preferred method:

  • Bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN) — recommended for large orders
  • Wise — low-fee international transfer
  • PayPal — available for smaller orders, fees apply
  • — available on request
Payment terms: Full payment before dispatch for stock orders. For private label and custom production, a deposit may be required before production starts with the balance due before dispatch.

Quality Control & Packing

After payment is confirmed, your order is prepared for dispatch. Our team checks:

  • Quantity accuracy against your order
  • Size breakdown matches the order
  • Visible defect inspection
  • Packing list preparation

For larger orders, packing photos can be provided on request before the shipment is handed to the carrier.

Dispatch & Tracking

Your order is shipped via DHL, UPS, FedEx or air cargo depending on destination and order size. A tracking number is sent to your email after dispatch.

Estimated dispatch times:
Ready stock: 1–3 business days after payment
Private label: 3–4 weeks after sample approval and payment
Custom production: 6–10 weeks after confirmation and payment

Customs and import duties in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We provide all required export documentation. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Receive & Verify

When your order arrives, check it against the packing list. If there is any issue — wrong item, wrong size, missing quantity or visible defect — contact us within 3 business days with photos.
