Confirm MOQ and branding requirements

We confirm minimum quantities, available customisation options and pricing based on your requirements.

Send brand files and label requirements

Provide your logo files (vector format preferred), label text and any specific requirements for packaging.

Approve sample or mockup

We produce a physical sample or digital mockup for your approval before full production begins. We do not start production without written approval.

Confirm proforma invoice and pay

A proforma invoice is issued with all confirmed specifications. A deposit may be required before production. Balance is due before dispatch.

Production and quality control

Production begins. Standard lead time is 3–4 weeks depending on order size. QC check is performed before packing.

Packing and shipping

Order is packed with your branded packaging, export documents are prepared and order is dispatched with tracking.
