What is the minimum order quantity? +
For ready-stock items the MOQ starts from 6 pieces per model. For private label orders the MOQ is 100 pieces depending on product type and branding requirements. Custom production MOQ depends on the specific brief and is confirmed after consultation.
Can I order samples before committing to a full order? +
Yes. Sample orders are available for ready-stock items. A sample order typically covers 1–2 pieces per model. Shipping costs for samples are paid by the buyer. Contact us after registration to arrange a sample order.
Are your products GOTS or OEKO-TEX certified? +
Some products are made from certified materials. Certification availability depends on the specific product and manufacturer. Certificate documents, certificate numbers and scope of certification are available on request for products where certification applies. We do not claim blanket certification across our entire range.
Who is responsible for customs and import duties? +
Import duties, VAT, customs fees and any local taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing before the order is placed. We can advise on typical documentation required for customs clearance but cannot guarantee specific duty rates as these depend on the buyer's country regulations.
What payment methods are accepted? +
We accept bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN), Wise and PayPal. payment is available on request but not recommended for first orders. A proforma invoice is issued before every payment regardless of method.
What happens if there is a problem with my order? +
Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Provide photos or video of the issue and keep original packaging where possible. Valid claims include wrong item, wrong size, missing quantity, visible manufacturing defect or damage caused before dispatch. Our team will review and offer replacement, credit or an agreed solution. Claims do not cover unsold inventory, change of mind or customs delays.
